Governing group art exhibitions taught him invaluable lessons in sponsorship acquisition, fundraising, and working as a team with a common goal. NORMANCOMICS brings leadership skills and experience managing teams of creatives, which will be an invaluable asset to the $BOSDAO team.

•We suggest appointing NORMANCOMICS as the Creative Director of $BOSDAO for a six-month term, commencing at a negotiable monthly salary. His role will encompass leading the creative strategy, overseeing branding, graphic design, merchandising, UX/UI direction, and collaborating on marketing and advertising campaigns. Compensation discussions will start from a baseline of $7,500 per month, with the final amount to be agreed upon through negotiations.
